Not All Pho Are Created Equal Our Pho broth is unlike any other—crafted using a labor-intensive, small-batch pressure-cooking method. While most restaurants mass-produce their broth, we dedicate time and precision to ensure each bowl is nutrient-rich, deeply flavorful, and of the highest quality.
Customers can pair their fried rice with a choice of grilled pork, grilled chicken, shrimp, cuttlefish, salmon, scallops, tofu, or our deluxe mix of premium seafood and meats.
